Terms and Conditions for Cyprus Soul Event Booking November 1st - 8th 2025

By using this website to book your event pass online, you acknowledge and accept the following terms and conditions:

1. Limitation of Liability

• Cyprus Soul accepts no responsibility for:
• Loss, injury, or death, however caused.
• Delays, cancellations, or any actions resulting in non-attendance at the event (e.g., flight delays).
• Loss or damage to personal belongings during the event.

2. Force Majeure

• In the event that the promoter cancels, postpones, or the event is prevented, rendered impossible, or infeasible due to circumstances beyond control (including but not limited to regulations, public authority orders, acts of God, civil unrest, strikes, epidemics, transportation delays, or war conditions), Cyprus Soul will not be liable for damages, and no claims for compensation will be accepted.

3. Transfers

• All bookings exclude transfers, except in cases where transfers are specifically included or booked separately for an additional charge.

4. Exclusion of Flights

• All bookings exclude flights.

5. Accommodation

• Hotel accommodation is to be booked directly with the hotel.
• The hotel’s terms and conditions will also apply to your booking. We advise you to read these carefully, as they contain important information about your booking.

6. Travel Insurance

• We strongly recommend that you seek personal travel insurance for the duration of the event to cover any potential issues.

7. Payment Policy

• Bookings are confirmed once Cyprus Soul receives payment of the event wristband 1st then you will book the hotel direct with the necessary payment.
• A confirmation receipt of wristband/s will be sent to your email—please keep this as proof of payment.

8. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations of event wristbands only must be submitted in writing (via email or post) no later than 14 days after booking. Cancellation of hotel rooms is down to the booker & hotel direct. Cyprus Soul takes no responsibility with the booking of the hotel
• A full wristband refund will only be issued if the cancellation is received within this time frame.

9. Artist No-Show

• Cyprus Soul is not responsible for any artists’ no-shows due to travel or illness-related issues.
• By booking, you agree to these terms and conditions, including the potential non-attendance of artists.
